At MCCI Business School, student projects go beyond academic exercises—they are hands-on experiences in organization and management. Guided by their professors, our students take full ownership of their projects, selecting their themes and overseeing every stage from concept to execution: planning, communication, sponsorship acquisition… nothing is left to chance!

Each year, numerous projects come to life, particularly at the undergraduate level, providing students with valuable opportunities to develop autonomy, creativity, and teamwork. This year, Intercultural Day kicked off the season with an extraordinary culinary journey celebrating the rich flavours of the Indian Ocean.

For a day, our campus was transformed into a vibrant crossroads of cultures, featuring Malagasy, Comorian, and Mauritian specialties. Beyond the gastronomic discoveries, the event was a wonderful moment of sharing, allowing everyone to explore the culinary, cultural, and historical traditions of the diverse communities represented at our school.

Intercultural Day perfectly embodies our commitment to diversity and togetherness. We are proud to support these student-led initiatives that bring our campus to life and strengthen the bonds among our students. Congratulations to everyone who contributed to making this event a success!
